Het Bosch ‘Waterfront Kitchen & Bar’ stands out as a contemporary lifestyle restaurant where one can enjoy recipes that are the essence of the French gastronomic culture performed under the most cutting-edge culinary techniques. Chef Marcel Heintzberger’s kitchen is founded on the French cuisine with modern twists and influences from both southern Europe and Asia, whilst still respecting classic kitchen. Every week, the menu is renewed using seasonal ingredients and the ideas of our creative kitchen. In addition, we offer a lobster menu – our favorite ingredient for a long time, kept in our lobster tank in the middle of our restaurant. All ingredients are selected based on strict criteria for quality and seasonality, and we at Het Bosch strive to source regional ecological products where possible. EVERY FRIDAY ‘Supper & Sound’ : A menu that is selected from the a la carte menu by chef Marcel. And sommelier Danny will be happy te serve his favorite wines… Menu prices starting at €54 (4-courses).

Our special Gin&Tonic-trolley contains more than 45 different gins and 7 types of tonic, which can be combined with several ingrediënts such as star anise, liqourice root or orange peel.
